The following new equipment
is covered by a two-year warranty: (controller + cell + chlorine probe + high-range pH probe), such as AUTOSALT®, AUTOPH®, JUSTSALT®, JUSTSALT®+, JUSTSALT® Duo+ (except for the pH probe), POOLSQUAD®, AUTOCLEAN®, DOSIPOOL®, JUSTPH® (except for the pH probe) MINISALT®, JUSTDOSING (except for the pH probe) and equivalent distributor brands.
CONSUMABLES
The following are covered by a one-year guarantee: genuine middle of the range pH probes, chlorination cells, chlorine probes, high range spare pH probes.
The following are covered by a six-month guarantee: middle of the range spare pH probes.
No guarantee: standard pH probes.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
The following are covered by a three-month guarantee: all after sales service operations as well as spare parts required for the same said operations. Important: the replacement of parts under the guarantee in no way extends the original warranty.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE UNDER WARRANTY
To use the manufacturer's warranty, the following procedure is systematically applied:
- The defective or damaged part is returned to the factory.
- The part is examined by the after sales service A new part under warranty is shipped or an estimate will be made depending on the result of analysis.
- Upon request, the new part may be shipped before the defective or damaged part reaches the factory.
In this case the procedure is as follows:
- The new part is shipped and invoiced at professional prices.
- The defective or damaged part is received and analysed by experts.
- A complete or partial discount will be made or the invoice may be confirmed depending on the analysis results.
Important: in order to use the warranty, a COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUSTbe sent with the defective or damaged part.
Specific estimate methods:
On a repair estimate, Labour prices are shown net while spare parts prices are displayed in retail price.
WORKSHOP SERVICES
-Standard handling charge: (deduced from an accepted estimate) to be paid even if the estimate is refused: €36* - Labour
ONSITE SERVICES
- Travel fees: €50*
-Labour
Any parts not under guarantee will be invoiced along with the labour and journey required for on-site replacement.

An accepted estimate must include the following:
- The comment “estimate accepted ”
- Name and signature
- Company stamp
Please note: no equipment will be processed before reception of the approved estimate.
If the estimate is not accepted then the customer must return the estimate under the same conditions as above including the comment “estimate not accepted”.
All estimates are subject to corresponding charges. In order to recover the original equipment, the customer must pay the standard handling charge. The equipment will be then be returned, carriage forward.
If no reply is received for an estimate within three months, the equipment becomes the property of Pool Technologie.
As standard procedure, the customer concerned will receive a registered letter with receipt as a reminder. This will include a specific deadline after which the equipment will be destroyed.
